In vitro study | Carbenicillin (125 mg/L) completely inhibited the proliferation of Agrobacterium. Carbenicillin (250 mg/L -500 mg/L) enhanced the increase of callus fresh weight. Carbicillin (125 mg/L) caused a higher rate of somatic embryos and a greater number of somatic embryos in a single callus. Carbicillin (1g/L) had a negative effect on budding, and the budding frequency of leaf disc graft tissue was reduced to 56% after 2 months of culture in tobacco Petit Havana, the bud formation frequency of cotyledons was reduced to 51%. Carbenicillin prevents the development of mature somatic embryos, reducing early-stage embryos of Sitka spruce by more than 90% and tissue growth by 50%. In in vitro tests, the patient's white blood cells did not release histamine when stimulated by Carbenicillin (0.1 g/mL). |
In vivo study | Carbenicillin (0.1 g/mL) did not show any drug allergic reaction in cystic fibrosis patients, that is, there were no significant antibody levels of IgE,IgG or IgM. Carbicillin (50 μg/ml) caused Phytotoxicity, increased concentration, and a parallel shift in the survival threshold level (TSLs) of the ability to regenerate shoots (SRC) in chrysanthemums and tobiostats. Carbicillin caused 100% compliance, and the chrysanthemum plants were subcultured in vitro repeat 3 times without different morphological flowering characteristics. |
